अभिव्यक्ति एक उचित साधन है जिसके द्वारा एक व्यक्ति  की पहचान हो सकती है। यह वाणी ,वर्तन ,व्यवहार या लिखित स्वरुप के द्वारा व्यक्त की जाती है। आज के आधुनिक समय में जब विद्यार्थी / स्टूडेंट वास्तविक आर्थिक जगत में प्रवेश करता है तब " लिखित स्वरुप / रिटेन डॉक्युमेंट " द्वारा आदरणीय रिक्रूटर को  अपने बारे में बता  सकता है और आर्थिक उपार्जन की सीढ़ियो पे अग्रसर हो  सकता है।

What's Biodata / CV / Resume ?

v It’s a tool, written document as well as a gentle bridge between the Applicant and the Recruiter. It helps recruiter in making decision of Hiring and Interviews. Through it the recruiter can understand, evaluate match their requirements and validate the applicant for further process for offering better position in a well manner.

 

 It just like a first impression through which the applicant stands out from the crowd first. Only through this document the applicant can get “a Thumb” (of Selection or Rejection).

 

:Meaning of Bio-data / CV / Resumes:

 

 v In this manner, let’s see Full Form with meanings :-

 ·       Bio-data  - Biographical Details – includes name, gender, height, weight, color, education, as your basic information.

 

 ·       Resumes - Comes from a French word that means “Summary” which includes basic details, as well as skills, employability skill, appeared or co-ordinate courses, strength of expertise, objectives, experience etc. (summarized).

 

 ·       C.V. - Curriculum Vitae – Coming from a Latin word that means course of life - entire journey of profession, skill employment in detail.

 

Although the basic crunch of Bio-data, C.V. and Resume is same like “about one” but on documentation form it has been shown in different manner.

 

:Field at where these terms are generally applicable :

 

 

§  Bio-data - Mostly this word is used for social function requirement like Marriage/ Engagement or at very very starting phase of career.

 

§  Resume - Mostly used for fresh graduates, post graduates at time of applying job application after completion of their education and before entering the Industry/ Field of Real Work.

 

§  C.V. - Mostly used for people for a change of career, showing General talent along with detailed descriptions in education, skill, employability skills, affections, experiences and suitability for applied position.

 

Why an applicant needs this document ( Biodata / CV /Resume) with the proof which he/she has shown in it???

 

§  It’s just like a mirror in which a person can put him / herself in a document form and viewer can “See or Feel” him / her without personal meeting.

 

§  It reaches the recruiter’s desk before you, for matching their requirements so far that make the first impression work for applicant on recruiter.

 

§  It tells about the Applicant as a “Professional” and creating a interest for hiring.

 §  Bio-data - Focus is on Personal Particulars like…Birth, Native, Gender, Religion, Hobbies, Marital status and the like etc.Education and experiences comes after all other details with having a basic details.

For it ----- No limits of Pages.

 

§  Resumes - Brief Profile of Candidate along with Summary of Education, Experience, Basic Skills, Strengths, References.         

     For it ----- 1 or 2/2.5 pages maximum. 

 

§  C.V. - C. V. is more detailed than Resume. Descriptions of Skills, Experiences, Expertise, Initiatives, Endorsements, Affiliations, Suitability for new openings etc. It talks entire career since one graduated in detail format.

For it ----- No Limit of Pages. (But ideally 3-4 pages required.)
